Beka Dickson is the Founder and Director of Yellow Card Training Solutions and a Director on the Board of the Elevating Work Platform Association (EWPA).

With extensive experience across the hire, construction, and access industries, Beka brings a practical, real-world approach to safety training and compliance. She is deeply committed to raising industry standards, improving operator competency, and supporting businesses to meet their WHS and OHS obligations.

Beka is known for her straight-talking, hands-on training style and her strong belief that safety should never be a box-ticking exercise. Her focus is on building genuine competency, accountability, and safety culture — ensuring workers are confident, capable, and able to get home safely at the end of every day.
